Excellent location in Langford centre. Helpful and supportive building manager. Fully modern homes in a well-maintained building. We like it!

We enjoy that Hockley Corners is a newer building with ac/heat pumps in the units, and quiet residents, in a great location. And if there is ever a problem, or some maintenance to be done, the staff respond right away, there is great communication, and they get the job done efficiently. We have been living here for a couple of years now and we're very happy.
Hockley corners has turned things around recently. The building manager Darell helped me and my children out when we were locked out, he didn't have to help me but went out of his way to make sure we were safe. Centurion does regular service work on all major systems including heat pumps, fire alarms etc. Which alot of other management companies don't do at other buildings. As a whole the building is well kept and management makes sure that things are kept running smoothly.
The building management is not good. When we first moved in here, the management was excellent under Risa. Currently, the maintenance has gone downhill and doesn’t exist. Our heater was broken all through the winter, and the air conditioner is broken through the summer. July 15th and the windows in this building haven’t been cleaned. It’s embarrassing to have guest over and upsetting to live here lately. Start caring about your tenants and your reputation.
