Very nice place & nice owner he let us in early because we showed up early for the Tour enjoyed very much will go back !!!!
Usually I love the atmosphere, love the food, friendly service! Untill tonight! The bartender tonight needs 2b fired! HOW DARE YOU complain about our tip! My friend gave you a tip OVER 20% in cash & I made up the difference with MUCH more than that! Seriously! $17.00 tab and $13.00 tip and you have a problem?!!!! The worst service I have ever had. Not even busy, they kept saying they were not expecting the crowd that showed up. It wasn't even busy!!! Drinks were ordered that never showed. Appetizers and salads never came. Entrees appeared and there were no potatoes, but fries. The response, "oh, we are out of mashed potatoes." Umm, tell us before just placing the food in front of us. We had drinks before going on the Shanghai Tunnels tour. The funniest & best waiter. I could have enjoyed the ambiance all night. Love the live piano music too. Classy.
Always great food! Harriet is the best. Had our Oregon gay marriage ceremony there, officiated by Gov. Roberts, this past Valentine's Day! Recommend it highly, always pleasant, great piano dinner music, place to meet friends!
