Overpriced and terrible customer service. Employees are difficult to find and unabashedly inconvenienced by customer questions. I asked a co-manager (according to her name tag) for help finding rattan reeds for oil diffusing, and she had no clue what I was talking about so turned it around & talked to me like I was stupid, telling me that I should have "done some googling." I won't be giving this location my business and will encourage others to do the same.
ALWAYS CAN FIND WHAT I NEED FOR MY ART AND CRAFT NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. NO OTHER STORE LIKE IT. MY PLACE FOR GETTING RID OF STRESS.
Its really sad this store can't keep a person in there to order shirts CORRECTLY.. I simply asked if they ordered red shirts today & couldn't even get an answer from the person who orders. Its every week I have to ask.
Lots of great project ideas and fun to walk through the store looking around.
Love Hobby Lobby, little high priced compared to some others I have been to but great ideas and found some hard to find items but will definitely go back.
