Excellent food! We're from Denver, CO and we were looking for home cooked, diner-ish food, and this hit the spot! Good selection and huge portions. If we ever come back to Houston we'll visit it again & we definitely recommend it.
The Hobbit Cafe (former the Hobbit Hole) is my favorite restaurant not only in Houston, but in the US! Wonderful food, great wine, beer, mead, and cider lists, and all in a quaint old house decorated with original art based on Lord of the Rings. Go there, you will not be disappointed! :)

Full of lord of the rings memorabilia as your greeted with Gollum staring at you from up high. Really cool place I see the nighttime being really good here.
