The WORST sandwich, the WORST fries, the WORST packing of a meal. I got a “sandwich soup” not a real sandwich!
RecommendedI've been eating here before this location back in the 70's, Hobbit Hole. The food is just as wonderful as then, even new items. The food is fresh and the servings are large. Mead, people, they have mead! Even if you are not a hobbit fan, the atmosphere is great either indoors or out. One of my favourite places to eat in Houston. Highly recommend!
Very nice quaint atmosphere, the food is delicious and the staff is great
love the theme! courteous staff. even though we are going thru a pandemic everything seemed pleasant and all guidelines are being followed.
I love the coziness found here, where I can slip away from the busy world and enjoy a Thorn Oakenshield with a delicious herbal tea (highly recommend both)

I was so excited to eat here after many friends (with kids!) recommended it. We sat on the patio that was kid friendly and our daughter was just playing around. We were correcting her to move out of the way from where the workers were walking but all in all she was behaving. I ended up catching our waiter talking badly of my child to other staff members when I came out of the bathroom.
