I've lived at Hobart Villa Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The location in Koreatown is super convenient, but what really makes this place special is the amazing staff. Susan, Rafael, and Claudia go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Susan is always so kind and helpful—she genuinely cares about the residents and it shows. Rafael is incredibly responsive with maintenance requests—quick, efficient, and always professional. I recently moved in to Hobart Villa and could not be happier! The manager Sharon has been so helpful as well as her handy man Justin. The apartment has been renovated and the building is always kept Very clean.
Noisy building some korean guy is working here everyday is cutting metal with those industry machines on the parking and the noise is terrible from 8 am to 2 pm or more at the beginning l though they where fixing something on the building that's why this guy was cutting a lot everyday but no it's been for more than a year and l don't understand how the management don't do anything even with all our complains
