Tim Leary left a nice review but Sam Negley no longer works here. Unfortunately the staff seems disinterested and disengaged with their work and the communities they serve. Maybe we can't blame them for just wanting to punch in and get a paycheck? Tough not to be dead inside. Classic America, I guess.
What a terribly run company. The woman assigned to my community has no idea what she is doing, or how to do her job. Staff is rude, and makes no effort to fix problems, deficiencies, etc. I feel terrible for anyone who lives in a community with an HOA managed by this company.
Sam Negley is awesome. Sam and the Hoamco team are great partners, and help our community with many issues with true professionalism.
