My wife and I have been coming here almost since the day they opened. We have always been treated very professionally by every member of the staff we have encountered. They are very busy so it sometimes difficult to get an appointment in a short amount of time. Walk-ins for bloodwork for either of us have usually taken less than 15 minutes.
I've been going to this lab for years now. Quest and Labcorp are terrible. This place is wonderful. I go directly to the second floor desk for the lab. Every single person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable and cordial. I don't know where the folks that left negative reviews went. One negative review even complained about the cost. Newsflash - the staff doesn't have anything to do with billing. Get a clue. Quest and Labcorp are always in rundown offices with underpaid and overworked staff.
