I was a bit apprehensive of a urgent care facility but I have been a inpatient several times at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and received very high quality care with exceptional Physicians and staff. Since my opinion of the hospital was so high I decided to try Hoag's Urgent Care location in Tustin Ranch near my home when a Kidney Stone required urgent attention.. Wait times are nothing. Staff is amazing, patient, informative, and so kind esp with children. The doctors follow up with test results promptly. Very clean and organized.
Worst experience in my life. I have been here several times but there must be a new staff. I make a reservation which I thought I was making an appointment. Come to find out an hour later I’m still waiting for my appointment. A simple Covid test for an upcoming procedure I’m having and I have to wait for over an hour and a half because apparently I have to see the doctor to be able to get him to prescribe the test of course when you book online none of this is explained to you they’re horrible don’t go there I’ll never do it... read more
I recently developed a large and painful cyst on my back and I hoped that it would simply go away in the same manner and fashion with which it appeared. In this years long season of COVID, it's difficult to get an appointment with the proper Doctor on short notice. Luckily for me, the HOAG Urgent Care facility in Tustin Ranch is less than a mile away from where I live. Not only is it conveniently located, but the staff there are top-notch.
