Took my wife to Hoag Urgent care last night just because we know they have top notch services over the years we visit them, sure enough she was called in last than 5 minutes of waiting.
Excellent and quick service every time I come here!
I’ve been to many other urgent cares in the OC and this one definitely tops them all. The doctors and entire staff are thorough and caring. They’ve always addressed all of my concerns. I really like the idea of being able to check in online ahead of time, but even if I hadn’t checked in the walk-in wait times are not as bad as other places. As for those who feel differently, they’ve probably never seen what bad is.
This facility is a fraud. It claims to be an urgent care. Under that heading my insurance copay should have only been $30. When I arrived they claimed their system was down and they would bill me. When I received the bill it was for $150. I contacted the billing department and they said that they bill as a private office visit. Warning: be prepared to provide an arm and leg for payment instead of a copay.
New, Clean, High Tech. In and out in a reasonable amount of time for a Health Facility.
Best place for urgent care!!!
