DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Worst frkn pediatric office Ive ever been too. Yes its nice looking. But the staff here that work in the front have absolutely no sensibility whatsoever. Appointment was at 8am and I seriously arrived a few minutes late and shes like unfortunately we cant see you anymore. You’re gonna have to wait till next opening. Then she went on and on repeatedly with her dismal attitude. Worst frkn customer service Ive ever dealt with an a hospital. Hire better employees Hoag!

Dr. Lau is amazing!! She has taken the best care of our boys since they were born and always helps calm our worries as young, new parents. She is beyond knowledgeable and we have so much trust in her, We couldn’t recommend her more.
This office will not tell you if they do not accept your insurance, they will not submit an insurance claim until 1 year later, then they will not send you a bill for it until another year later. I received a full balance bill from this office for a service that would have normally been fully covered had they accepted my insurance 2 years after the date of service. The providers at this office might be good but the billing office will screw you.
