We had a wonderful experience with the office and Dr. Mangonon. As first time parents we had a lot of questions and she was always patient and supportive. She was very caring and reassuring in helping me navigate my sons food allergy. Thank you.
My daughter has hated every visit we have here. The nurse for my daughter’s pediatrician was always wearing a black face mask. My issue isn’t with the mask, but if you’re working with children who are still learning facial recognition, wear a mask with some type of positive or happier design. That aside, the fact she screamed at every visit, and no compassion was ever showed is the main reason I opted to stop using their office.
