We love Dr Tully. I’ve never had any issues with the office. Everyone is super friendly including the nurses and we never feel rushed. I bring nothing of my children here. My sister also loves this office and brings her children here too. She goes to a different doctor, but she’s the one that referred me to this group.

I love Dr Natalia Zapadinsky for my children. My husband lost his job and we were on Medical for a little bit and now we have real insurance again and I’m so happy to sign them up under her care again. When my son got Covid when he was a baby she was great with all of us. My daughter was negative but a little sick. My daughter started going through puberty and Dr. Zapadinsky was great with her.

After 5 years and 3-4 different peds at the HB location we have finally parted ways with Hoag. Long over due. From the clueless office staff, even worse billing and (not gonna name names) Doctors that only care about spending 5 min max per patient and treat you as if you’re a hypochondriac about your kids. With my 3rd kid having a lot of REAL health issues that were ignored ignored ignored, my baby did not receive the care she deserved. with a little daughter we drove 1.5 hours to our time and were 15 minutes late because they had the wrong address! dr. Zapadinsky moved in the different office and didn't send the address where she works. 3 hours on the road is awful!

My father brought my son to a physical appt for me because I work in Irvine. They needed an authorization to let my father bring him , and refused to fax it. So they said I need to come all the way down there to sign in it person within 15 mins or they will cancel his appointment. So I leave in the middle of work , race down ther and got ther 2 mins after the 15 min marked and they refused to see my son. The thing that really gets me is everytime we have an appointment we wait in the waiting room for at least 45 mins ... and... read more
