The best location and very quite a smooth service here
This review is for the pediatric unit, NOT the urgent care. Had a very unpleasant experience with our toddler, who was 18 months old. The wait times was ridiculous. We arrived a few minutes late but ended up having to wait nearly 15 minutes to be put in a room. Then wait another 15-20 minutes for the doctor. And once the doctor left, another 10 minutes for the nurse to walk in with the shots. I love this Family Medicine Center in Irvine. I am a patient of Dr. Amanda Khosravi and Dr. Anny Wu. It is so good to have an incredible primary care physician and a Rheumatologist under the same roof. They are both very caring, listen to their patients, and work collaboratively to bring about the best results. I have received the best care of my life under these two incredible physicians.
