Great experience. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable and made my MRI experience easy peasy. I would recommend anyone nervous about getting an MRI to go to Hoag!
I got an ultrasound done here on Monday and had a wonderful experience. I intentionally want to shout out technician Sarah (or maybe Sara, not exactly sure) who did my lower extremity ultrasound. She was professional, kept me calm, cracked a few light hearted jokes to make it fun, and explained everything to me. As a physician myself this is the kind of healthcare we should strive for! Well done Hoag !
I have an MRI every 3 months and have never had anything other than a pleasant experience with everyone at Hoag. I always get an appointment on the date I need. Staff is courteous and caring from reception to techs. I would highly recommend Hoag Imaging!
Severely claustrophobic had my MRI with sedation there today. I am in awe of how caring kind and compassionate these people are. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Shin my anesthesiologist and everybody else in the radiology team. Love you guys
