Best hospital ever! They were clean and fast with the check in. I got my problem resolved within an hour!!!!!
Horrible!! You’re NOT allowed to write anything on consent forms and if you do they will NOT take it! And because this happened they take an hour or more to give you the discharge papers even though there was no one here!!! They also record your visit and they don’t let you know ahead of time and there’s no signs and that’s one of the consent forms you need to sign (if you want AI to be involved)
It was huge , almost over staffed. Lol . Everything looked fresh and new . Doctors and nurses very helpful , full of care and concern.
(To Hoag Business Owner: I did call the number on your generic response. No surprise that there has been zero communication.) DO NOT CHOOSE HERE… if you want to heal in the expected timeframe. This began on a Friday evening. Was admitted via ER for excruciating pain and eventual gallbladder surgery. It took 20 hours to actually get the surgery with miscommunications on how to prep me which caused another delay; despite me writhing in excruciating pain.
