I had a great experience from the front desk staff all the way to see. Dr. F Arif,
1) there never seems to be a doctor on staff. So you don't get useful results here. 2) on top of that it takes 1 to 1.5 hours to get seen. If Hoag can't staff this place properly - shut it down so we at least know to go to a different urgent care.
Don’t go here. They will charge $800 for x-ray. Go without insurance could be cheaper.
Why there is no hours of operations neither on their website or on google :(( it seems the most important info about urgent care is missing
If I only could give a zero… I got charged 1300 for a hip pain that obviously was muscular. But Dr Reed started guessing all my symptoms. He ran a urine test for him to make sure I didn’t have blood I said I didn’t have anything before he ran the test not only that. I told him I was not pregnant and He ran Test on that too! I got charged for x ray 905 dollars which I knew my hip bone was fine he just sent me ibuprofen and my le relaxers which obviously didn’t help either. I should have read all the reviews before going.
