I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hoag Health Center, Genetic Testing in Irvine. At the time of testing, I was explicitly told that my out-of-pocket cost would not exceed $395. I went to Hoag Health Center in Irvine for their podiatry services. While the doctor I saw was very helpful, the level of customer service and decorum from the office staff left something to be desired. This was pretty disappointing considering I've had great experiences at other Hoag locations.
