My son Andrew received a referral from his doctor to have an X-ray done. I came twice for this service. The first visit was on January 2 at 4:15 PM, but when I arrived, the office was already closed The Google website does not list business hours, which made this very confusing and frustrating. I use to have high regards and respect for Hoag facility in Huntington beach for the last 10 years I’ve been going there, but this year myself and my husband had our annual check up with Dr Jessy M Tsang and we’re both having to deal with medical bills that’s shouldn't cost us anything as it’s part of our preventative annual physical exam. Dr Jessy Tsang medical billing code was not ethical and the billing department and Dr Tsang are avoiding accountability and passing the buck.
