Bait and switch charges. They quoted a number for office visit and billed 3 times the amount. Scam center money grubbers.
I have been to the Hoag Irvine Breast Center twice; the first for my diagnostic mammo and bilateral ultrasound in May, and for my follow up ultrasound and breast biopsy in December - I was in on time, treated warmly and professionally, and was able to speak with the radiologist at each visit. I am a physician and feel that this center really goes above and beyond to spend time with their patients and to make you feel at home. I happily refer my patients to this center and feel confident having my own care here as well
Waited over 1 hour for my first appointment. The staff was very friendly but their appointment processes are unorganized which is extremely inconvenient for patients. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare when you visit.
