This company does NOT communicate with homeowners unless they are scouting about for infractions. We have been over a year and a half having financial accountability from them and they have NOT scheduled regular meetings with homeowners. DO NOT HIRE THEM. If they don’t provide financial reports who knows what they are doing with the money!!! Also against Kansas law for HOAs
HOA management likes to harass certain people/homes. I get a complaint letter for my camper sitting in my driveway for 3 days to clean up and test everything after sitting in storage for the winter. Before that I get letter about my trash can sitting in front of my garage for 5 days because snow made it very difficult to put in the back yard. But yet my neighbor hasn't had grass, only weeds for a lawn for the last 12 years.
