This HOA mgmt company is the worst. Everyone who works there is condensing and hateful. If you call the office you can’t speak to a person that can help. They always make an excuse and send you to voicemail, but no one ever calls you back. Don’t ever try to change your ACH debit for your dues, they will ignore your directions and then send a late notice. I hated to give even a one star rating. The HOA Management company is HORRIBLE!! Roof repairs aren't made in a timely manner, (most needed repairs are slow to be taken care of) the landscaping company often misses mowing entire areas, bushes aren't trimmed properly or skipped altogether. Our front flower bed was missed when they mulched in March. I've contacted the HOA several times and now it's June & we STILL don't have mulch.
