I hated to give even a one star rating. The HOA Management company is HORRIBLE!! Roof repairs aren't made in a timely manner, (most needed repairs are slow to be taken care of) the landscaping company often misses mowing entire areas, bushes aren't trimmed properly or skipped altogether. Our front flower bed was missed when they mulched in March. I've contacted the HOA several times and now it's June & we STILL don't have mulch. Cannot get the people you need directly and when you do finally talk to someone, cannot get a straight answer. They don't mind putting your life on hold for their lack of communication. Don't get call backs when email is left. Definitely avoidance AND usually person answering the call gets rude when you push getting assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!🤬. And I'm not hard to get along with!!!
