Currently on Board for HOA and have had previous issues with a property manager that is no longer with HOA Mgmt. Shannon Kear took over our account following that issue and was excellent to work with until our permanent account rep, Donna Tripp was assigned. Donna has been excellent to work with thus far and is very responsive to the needs of our community. Donna and Shannon each get five stars, HOA Mgmt as a whole gets three based on the previous struggles.
They were rude and unreasonable. Several homeowners received letters stating our yards were in violation of the HOA regulations. The pictures provided were dated September 25, and the letters were dated October 6. We received them October 8. The letter stated we had 10 days to fix the violation. We had all mowed our lawns by then and at the time, weeds were unmanageable due DR Horton sourcing what is probably the cheapest grass they could find. Worst team with which I have ever had to communicate. Renee in the office is not only rude and unprofessional, but also lacks the knowledge to complete any request forwarded to her. There is an extreme lack of communication. I am severely disappointed with this company and do not recommend them to any potentially interested communities or builders. I wish I could rate them a zero.
This place is an absolute joke. Renee who over sees our community is hard to get a hold and then when you finally do get a response she is rude and does not want to do her job. Part of the responsibility of HOA is to handle issues/violations. When I called regarding a violation she said “ I can’t just go off what you are telling me” then go look! That is your job!!!! Will be reporting to the BBB
