Terrible HOA. It’s like they enforce to make your life worse and not better
Keysha Perry is the most unprofessional and disrespectful employee I’ve had the displeasure of having to interact with in a very long time. It’s evident from trying to talk to her on the phone that she is uneducated about the community she allegedly manages and is outwardly hostile and disrespectful to homeowners.
All i can say is, my community has had on and off proformance issues from this company.
This is the worst company to deal with. They lie to you, string you along, never answer phone calls. NEVER USE THEM!
Very unprofessional business. When confronted with potential HOA violations and information to investigate violations they turn a blind eye. One employee is either too lazy and/or conflicted to investigate matters. This employee often does not respond to emails and voicemails. Additionally, the business is an accomplice to selectively attempting to fine residents based upon their political affiliation. They are also an accomplice to squandering HOA dues in place of focusing on high priority items such as roof replacements.
