Just look at there properties. Not well kept. Tennis courts are a mess, roofs are a mess. As mentioned, bad attitudes and poor response.
Shannon Kear is our contact at HOA management. As a former HOA resident president at our former home I found Shannon to be professional and responsive to our needs. I didn’t expect to always have Shannon pick up the phone but voice mail and email worked well too. And considering the work load most reps face Shannon is courteous and informative at all times using her time management skills.
Shannon at this company is really great. She’s been wonderful and helping me with getting a group going in our neighborhood that could be a part of helping our fellow neighbors. She’s been wonderful!!!!
They have been our management team for years. We have been through several account managers and our current one is awesome. You only need to stay on top of your financials and make sure everything is done right.
This HOA mgmt company is the worst. Everyone who works there is condensing and hateful. If you call the office you can’t speak to a person that can help. They always make an excuse and send you to voicemail, but no one ever calls you back. Don’t ever try to change your ACH debit for your dues, they will ignore your directions and then send a late notice.
