HMS in my opinion is an outstanding property management company. They have successfully managed all of my properties for more than 20 years and I highly recommend them to any owner seeking a ethical, honest and qualified professional company to manage their property or to any tenant seeking a home or property to rent.They make every effort to treat both the owner and tenant with "respect" and give both owners and tenants "Realistic Expectations" thus reducing and many times preventing potential conflicts and misunderstanding... read more

I was surprised to find their property manager was so inexperienced, and usually was too lazy to contact owners regarding the property issues. The property manager never care to respond email or voice mail.

I use HMS to manage my property because they are organized and professional. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work accomplished. My experience with H.M.S. Property Management has been positive in every respect. I would definately recommend H.M.S.!
