CORRECT...WORST PROPERTY MANAGMENT COMPANY EVER – We had several questions before we signed the contract that they told us not to worry about. Well we have dealt with other property management companies that were trustworthy & honest....maybe my fault for believing that this company had ethics. We moved in...they had the water turned off, the gas turned off & the phones not working. Not Easy to deal with – Very difficult to work with and they want even budge on helping families getting into homes. The staff also seems very rude.

HMS in my opinion is an outstanding property management company. They have successfully managed all of my properties for more than 20 years and I highly recommend them to any owner seeking a ethical, honest and qualified professional company to manage their property or to any tenant seeking a home or property to rent.They make every effort to treat both the owner and tenant with "respect" and give both owners and tenants "Realistic Expectations" thus reducing and many times preventing potential conflicts and misunderstanding... read more

I was surprised to find their property manager was so inexperienced, and usually was too lazy to contact owners regarding the property issues. The property manager never care to respond email or voice mail.
