HMS is a neighborhood management company but they don’t work from us entire neighborhood just those few members who can hire or fire them. Shouldn’t the company your dues go to protect and support the entire neighborhood? I’d rather have no one than HMS and that is saying a great deal.

Staff is pretty hit and miss about returning phone calls as a resident. As an HOA board member, they are pretty expensive for what you actually get.
