THE WORST. The doctor never followed through with recommendations for psychologists who specialize in the care I need. He never followed through with the prescription for a med he said would be helpful. And when I went back today, MONTHS LATER, the clown-car front end staff had no record of my appointment, which I had made on my previous visit. NOT GOING BACK.

If you wanna see a doctor. Do not come here. You will see children who are more worried about their job than helping you. It’s actually super sad how your just a number here Not to mention they change meds on you. They do not listen and again I will not see a doctor….oh. And if you wanna see a doctor in person, don’t expect that here. Yoh will see a child…they had someone who couldn’t speak English who had a sutter and it was more an appointment for her than me. This is the worst office ever! There is no competent people that work in this office. The Dr cancels whenever he wants, the staff makes wrong appointments and send the Rx to the wrong pharmacy. The whole office has been a horrible experience!

I was last seen at your clinic in November 2022 and had previously received a letter related to my service dog. However, I have recently learned that a formal prescription from a psychiatrist is typically required. Upon discovering this, I reached out to your office to inquire about the next steps.
