I seriously dont understand the bad reviews for this place. I have been seeing a doctor here (Dr. Bellia) for a few months and my experience has been great. They dont try to push a million random meds at you, they take your vitals every visit, and they have addressed and fixed, to the best of their ability, every single concern i had. My life has changed DRAMATICALLY since coming here. For the better. And ill always be grateful to them for that. 5 stars. I would give them 20 if it was an option.
They literally tell you that you will be getting a resident the minute you schedule an appointment. The reviews here are insane. I'd rather have someone learning who wants to do well than someone arrogant & jaded. Love this place.
Criminally negligent. The most amateur healthcare organization I've ever experienced. They screwed up my prescriptions and sent them to the wrong pharmacy multiple times.
Always seeing different dr. And they're residents so theyre still learning. Very chaotic. Refused to refill my medication and made me go to a psychiatry urgent care to re fill enough to next appointment and they wouldnt give ot to me either because this place never put the meds that I was on in my chart. So there fore they'd rather me stop taking meds cold turkey.
THE WORST. The doctor never followed through with recommendations for psychologists who specialize in the care I need. He never followed through with the prescription for a med he said would be helpful. And when I went back today, MONTHS LATER, the clown-car front end staff had no record of my appointment, which I had made on my previous visit. NOT GOING BACK.
