This hospital is the most incompetent hospital I have ever experienced. My mother just spent a week over thanksgiving and the communication was horrible, no one knew how to do their jobs and then to top it off they forgot to send the CD for her MRI to UPenn. The sarcoma doctor could not schedule her biopsy without the CD. After speaking with this hospital about the forgotten CD, they informed her that she had to pick up the CD. These people should be ashamed of themselves and their so called professionalism.
