I just had knee replacement surgery. Everyone was fantastic from the OR staff to the orthopedic staff. Everyone checked on me frequently and assessed my sugical site, pain level, walked with me down the hall and to bathroom. Very good experience!!!
My son was admitted for a viral infection and all of the pediatric staff is amazing and attentive.
I was there with my daughter. She was in a lot of pain. We were quickly taken in and well cared for quickly. The variety of tests took all day, but the staff was very friendly and caring to my 10 year old's needs. The doctors and nurses were great.
My children have always received the best care at all thank you very much ....

Sandy is great but the office staff are terrible. They go on lunch and don't put the phones back on until 10 minutes after they should. I've been calling for an hour now trying to return a call about important lab results and can't get a human on the phone. 25+ phone calls and not a single one has been answered. Left voicemails 3x in the past week with no call back. Completely unacceptable.
