I was able to schedule a complex MRI study and a routine ultrasound study in the same afternoon! The exams were unhurried, dignified, and comfortable. It is a new looking facility and very clean.
Initial appointment went well for calcium test. But after that was very poor customer service. I've been trying to receive my results before the two weeks that they said that they would mail me something. So far I'm not even received a call back or anything for the multiple messages that I have left them.
Great customer service and employees were so kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. This was my first time and I will be using this outpatient center more. Plus the cost is supposed to be lower than others diagnostic places that do the same test. I will see when I get my bill . Try them and you will not be disappointed
Everyone was so kind and professional for my screening test. The results were back very fast! Clean and new.
Absolutely fantastic front desk staff. Akissa was so friendly and efficient and quick. The MRI tech was also very comforting and got me through the MRI with minimal discomfort. The facility is spacious and modern and clean, and the price is significantly less than Ballad for my Lumbo-sacral MRI. Highly recommended
