HMG changed my entire view of fitness and lifting weights. Jody, the owner, is one of the best instructors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He’s taught me so much that has only improved the fitness aspect of my daily routine. HMG will push you and encourage you to become a better you. Super knowledgeable staff and a great place for all fitness levels! Come as you are and learn as you go or come in with expertise and continue to grow. You’re treated like family even if you only come in for a free consultation, but I promise you’ll want to stay after that.
