My Husband caught a great amount of fish on an overnight trip!
First timer and had the best experience. The whole crew were super helpful and I didn’t have to ask half the time for help. They were very observant and will notice if you are having trouble with something. Everyone was super friendly and the whole trip went smoothly. Highly recommend and I’m def going to do it again maybe next time try full day instead of half. The time flew by so fast.
The “Captain” on Malihini decides to make up a one day cruise not fishing trip for $200 per person. He cruises looking for patches of Kelp in Mexican waters which is usually a 3 day trip where usually the first day is finding kelp patches then the next day going to local fishing grounds. He cruises far knowing he will find a few and we found exactly 2 kelp patches. Our fishing time was less than 5 minutes all day. No bites no fish just 4 casts total.
