Good captain on the old glory!
Paid for a full day fishing charter and we fished for a total of maybe 10 min....spent the rest of the day riding around in the boat. Total of 4-5 fish caught between 45 people on the boat. Captain would have us put lines out for 1 min then have us pull up and drive for another 1-2 hrs, worst fishing charter I’ve ever been on. Paid 155$ for a 14 hr crappy boat ride, don’t waste your money
its. very busy but early mornings are amazing.
Went for a full day trip yesterday on the Grande. 48 people on board and only 8 skipjack tuna caught. It was a 13 hour trip but my line was only actually in the water for maybe 25 minutes because the captain couldn't seem to make up his mind about where the fish were. This is the first time I've been skunked on a trip out of San Diego and I've been on about 15 trips. I checked the fishing report today and every other boat out yesterday spanked the fish so I don't know what this guy's problem was, maybe broken sonar or someth... read more
first time and best fishing trip ever. we will be back go with the Grande. skipper and crew were fantastic
best fishing on 1 to 3 days of fishing. I go every year and love it
