Big shout out to HKT staff. I had an issue with my used 2015 Duramax that I purchased from HKT. Warranty wasn't going to cover it, but the staff went the extra mile and got GM to cover the part and the work. Great customer service and great people!!

I think the service dept is top notch. They have worked on my vehicles several times, they did an excellent job, they had the work done in a timely manor, the work was done right, and everyone was pleasant. The service manager is easy and pleasant to work with, she goes out of her way to do what she has to to get parts, she has picked up and delivered my car and me. Hannah knows what she is doing! I trust their work and will take my cars there over any other place in Glendive. Thanks to the hard working service dept at HKT
