They managed to screw my family on a vehicle...didnt even have plates on it yet and the transmission went out and I got told there wasnt a thing wrong with it...The service dept is a joke and the service manager very disrespectful and Scott just didn't want to deal with the problem. Not the first time I had problems with them but this one sealed the deal. Will NEVER do business with HKT again and family and friends know how they treat people!!
Where do I begin? This shop and my insurance adjuster both missed a ac line that went out. The bumper to my truck had the paint start to peel off bc it wasn’t primed properly. I was told that by 2 different resources(Maaco and Toyota Dealership). I went back and forth with the body shop manager Tyrell via phone calls and text messages. Only to have him ignore me once I started providing quotes bc he said he’d help out and do what it takes to get it taken care of.
