No face to face meeting, no convo past the intake personnel. They claim to not be scared of any company, yet when I said I have hard evidence against Amazon they couldn’t take the case and actually referred me to 3 other firms.
Very incompetent, stay away.
My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was uncomfortable when I first contacted the office because of my own insecurities, not because of them. The reassured me that they understood my concerns and explained how they were valid, but did not pressure me. I would definitely refer folks to HKM attorneys. I personally had Chase Estes. He was wonderful, handled everything for me, and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied.
