The company has a road closed to use as their own personal through way but they insist on coming through our small street driving at high speeds. A driver almost took out my corner fence today driving way too fast and not paying attention. I had to ask him to slow down and his response was to throw his hands up at me and say I was only going 10 mph. Absolutely not. Don’t let this company make a fool of you with their complaint system! The woman that sends the denial letter actually writes under her name H&K Group…that means she gets a paycheck from H&K!!! Like to see those numbers of payouts vs denials(0-ALL)!! To show how little they take your complaint seriously…my denial letter said they’re not covering my windshield damage!!!!
