I was apprehensive when dr Raines sold her practice but I have been so happy with the new doctor and staff. Hygienists are all amazing and they are upgrading equipment. Great customer service and thorough care!
My crown that I have had for 20 years stated to feel strange. I knew something must not be right so I called the office to see if I could come in to have it checked. They made an appointment for the very next morning! I was expecting a wait of at least a week. I went in and Dr Randall shook it and pulled it off then glued it back on and I was good as new with no pain and very little time spent in the office. I was thrilled!! Great service!!!
Had my first appointment with Tennessee River Dental on 6/10 for a routine cleaning and exam. Great experience! I am not a fan of dentist offices in general, but everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I felt relaxed from the start. Best way to start a relationship with a new Doc.
This is a wonderful Dental practice. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none. Katie is excellent. Thank you Dr Randall for all you do. Dr Raines sure left us in terrific hands! ,

I have seen Dr. Randall this past year at least three times and he and his staff always provided a personable, professional, and pain free experience. I would recommend him highly and have sent 2 patients who are extremely pleased with his services.
Dr. Randall and his staff are the best in the area! Dr. Randall is very knowledgeable about all areas of dentistry. He is very conscientious and a perfectionist. If you want a beautiful smile, this is who you should see.
