Dr. Ken Randall, DMD and his entire staff provide superior and caring dental services that I appreciate very much.
From check-in ...to cleaning.... to the dentist exam - the entire team is friendly, helpful, and professional! Couldn't ask for a better dentist office! I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist - but they take extra time to explain everything, understand my anxiety, talk me through it, and make it so much easier for me! I really appreciate the extra kindness.
This was my third visit to TRD. Dr. Randall & the staff with whom I interacted were all efficient & thorough. I was in & out for my cleaning & exam in a very timely manner, and all my concerns & questions were addressed satisfactorily. I highly recommend this dental office.
I don't know that anyone looks forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Randall and his staff are so caring and skilled that you don't mind at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Great experience
This is the most professional dental practice in the Chattanooga area. Dr. Randall is quite knowledgeable and is a perfectionist. He makes you look and feel like a million dollars with his outstanding work! If you want the best in dental care, this is the place to go.
Another excellent experience. I was very, very pleased with my prophy and the exam. The staff and Dr. Randall are very professional, and also seem to enjoy their work a lot while remaining focused and serious about what they are doing. Definitely a top notch dentist and practice.
Dr. Randall and his staff are exceptional. Katlin cleaned my teeth and she is so friendly and efficient. I cannot ever imagine going anywhere else.
