I always greet dental appointments with a heavy dose of wariness. The staff at TN River Dental put me at complete ease with their professional and personal attitude. Madeline and Julie were wonderful in their approach and in their respective skills. Dr. Randall added his expertise and assurances to make the entire appointment a special and satisfying experience. el

My dental appointment made 6 months prior was at a time I had requested, and Tennessee Dental sent me a friendly reminder so I would not miss! I arrived and went right to the operatory before I could even sit down. I had a thorough cleaning and exam. Immediately after the cleaning, the hygienist was able to again schedule my next appoint...efficient, convenient to my schedule and I look forward to returning! Bill

I never thought it possible to go to the Dentist office and have a good time. Every time I go I leave feeling those warm and fuzzy's, because everyone in the office goes out of their way to assist and help with anything and everything to make your appointment a positive experience.
My past experience of the dentist visit was crying in the chair with the pain. after my last 3 visits with Dr. Randall and staff, yesterday the tears were from the heart of unexpected joy to see the natural smile on my face. He has took his time , as well as each staff, to make sure I was comfortable and pain free in each visit and procedure. I love the staff, dental hygienist, and dentist at this office. I highly recommend others to get your dental checkups and any other dental procedures you need. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, plus they listen to you and answer any questions you may have!
