Excellent service from the kindest staff!
On my 4th year with Dr. Randall and his professional staff. As always, my dental care was carefully and extensively evaluated. I highly recommend.
I love the staff and how Dr. Ken Randall always makes you feel at ease! They are always accommodating and if I have questions regarding procedures and/or options, Dr. Randall always answers my questions and explains how it will be done! They are the first dentist office that has made me let go of anxiety.. highly recommend him !!

Have been a patient for several years. This practice is outstanding in every way, every time. The level of service and quality never disappoints.
Had my teeth cleaned at Tennessee River Dental today. It went well, with no “surprises” of possible decay or loose fillings. I also had a little bit of cosmetic dentistry done on a front tooth which had developed the “dreaded triangle of darkness” between 2 teeth. It was done well and my smile is now white without that darkness in between 2 teeth. Whitening would not have solved the issue. I’m pleased!
I have one appointment and learned more about my teeth than any other dentist I have. Everyone is so kind and friendly and I am very grateful to have found very caring providers. I appreciate ya'll!
Dr Randall puts everyone at ease with his gentle approach to dentistry. My hygienist, Lauren, is as thorough as they come, when cleaning my teeth! My teeth were so squeaky clean after leaving their office, that I didn’t want to mess them up by eating food! I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a fabulous dentist in the Hixson area!
This is without a doubt the best dental practice in the Chattanooga area. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Randall is very knowledgable, compassionate and thoughtful. His skills are excellent. You will receive a superb level of care in this office. Simply the best!
