I can't believe no one has reviewed this yet. I lived in one of Julia's apartments for 2 years and it was far and away the best renting experience of my life. I do not anticipate ever coming close to it again. If you have the opportunity to be a tenant with Hix Properties, DO IT! Things are fixed often within hours of reporting a problem, Julia is the sweetest lady and really cares about tenants as humans, and you might even get some cookies at Christmas. No joke.
