The staff is friendly, patient, and accommodating. Dr. Hitzhusen is great! She (and Dr. Pease) always take as much time is needed to explore every possibility and to make sure I understand everything I need to. Couldn't be more satisfied.

This doctor told me on our last visit that she was a racist. She was also vocal about many other political views that I did not care to here. She sent me to a specialist and then I received a $400 bill because her office forgot to submit the refferal to the insurance company. I tried to argue it, but ended up paying the bill because her secretary refused to admit it was her fault. A few weeks later I was in real pain and hadn’t found a new primary care doctor. Her secretary refused to book me an appointment.
