Dr Hitzel is an excellent doctor. However I wonder if he is aware of how disorganized and lack of professionalism this practice is. They never put in claims with you ensurance and when they do is so late I even forgot about it. Rude staff. My last experience was very unpleasant with the hygienist. Very cold and rude person stated: " oh my gosh your gums are so bad I can not even do anything. Do you even brush your teeth ? . I was in such shock of the level of professionalism of this person. Dr. Hitzel and Dr. Reznik are both excellent dentist and some of the nicest people you will you will ever meet. My entire family has dealt with them for years and never had any issues. No scams or unnecessary work. The entire staff has always been very friendly and absolutely professional. Several times I have needed to be treated rather quickly and they have always accommodated me. I recommend them to all of my friends. By far the best dental practice that I’ve ever done business with.
They are not hippa complying please don’t go here they lost my new number multiple times and they screwed up my appointment

Worst practice I’ve ever experienced! My hygienist was rude and never smiled. She actually was so rough and uncaring during cleanings. When mentioned to the front desk staff, they became insulted and said to try a new hygienist. I did...at another practice! And thank goodness I did as my real problem was professionally address and corrected. I overheard Both my dentist and my endodontist talking and remarking this wasn’t the first time they’d corrected bad procedures from this practice. Scary!
I hope nobody is really serious about dealing with these people, they are unorganized, arrogant, and really cannot answer questions. I just got off the phone with the most rudest of them all. They do not submit claims to the insurance company but continually claim that they do. He should have never became a dentist and stuck with the arrogance that pilots have. All I can say is beware they are out to take your money and run and not provide help from the front of the office to the back.
Dr. Hitzel and Dr. Reznik are both so nice and caring. I have had the pleasure of seeing both and absolutely love both of them! They are honest and no pressure, but happy to educate. The hygienist was awesome! Comfortable, honest, friendly staff, and a very nice office! I would recommend all my friends and family this office!
Very professional office and very comfortable atmosphere,I would highly recommend.
I look forward to my teeth cleanings because of this office. The hygienists are so wonderful and the doctors are professional and courteous. Every once in a while I have to wait to be seen past my appt. time but it's because the staff makes sure that all issues are handled before you leave and you are satisfied with your care.
