Tôi làm deep clean ở đây. 1 tuần sau răng đau, tôi quay lại khám. Nha sĩ không khám răng mà hỏi tôi có bảo hiểm gì. Sau khi check bảo hiểm thì nói là tôi qualify để lấy tủy răng. (Tôi 40, răng còn rất tốt). Tôi đi sang văn phòng khác khám thì được báo là bị nhiễm trùng nhẹ, uống thuốc giảm đau mấy ngày hết. May quá, nghe lời nha sĩ ở đây thì bị mất cái răng rồi. This office is overall very unprofessional! Mistaken me for someone else, try to coerced me to do service that I never said yes to. Gaslight, manipulation, mansplaining me, etc. I have seen Dr.Whitney Do before and she is extremely professional so this is not about her. So they called me in for an appointment for a lot of stuff, cleaning, root canal, crown,etc. I asked them I will wait until Dr. Whitney comes back from vacation to do those and just going to get my teeth anually cleaned. Always overbooked. I was a patient here and visited the office 3 times. Always had to wait for at least 30 minutes PASS the appt time, or even 1 hour at one time. I talked to the receptionist (who's also the owner of the office) and was told "the dentist is very busy, it's not like they're sitting around doing nothing"... I stopped coming after that. I see Dr. Teng but her entire staff is compassionate and caring. She explains what she is going to do and why. I was completely relaxed. I also use a wheelchair and her staff had no problem helping me into the dental chair. The office is very clean
