Made 2 trips to Hitching Post Saturday, March 17, 2018---first and last. While the restaurant was not crowded getting the attention of our waitperson was a challenge. I ordered my steak medium, got rare. It was tough but had good flavor. Mike ordered his rare and was served well done. Waitress brought him another piece of meat---and you guessed it, it was just north of raw. Waitress made herself scarce after that. Some guy did ask if he wanted it cooked more.
