Provided a chuppah that broke and shattered right before the wedding started and did not provide a replacement. Charged me for two chuppahs when we didnt end up using one from them. Chairs were delivered dirty, and did not provide all items that were ordered. Also, horrible communication.
STAY AWAY! This company delivered an awful chuppah that broke as well as dirty chairs. Not to mention being over an hour late. 0 customer service to help resolve the issue. Our only regret on our wedding day is using this company!!!!
