We had such a great experience at Hitched (Philadelphia)! We were matched up with Sydney and absolutely loved working with her! The initial shopping appointment was informative and low pressure, we loved the PowerPoint and showroom space. Her follow up was friendly and she helped us schedule another try-on session where we were able to land on exactly what we were looking for. We had an excellent experience working with Sydney at Hitched! I am not one to typically write reviews. This was our first time wedding band shopping and they were very helpful and welcoming. We never felt pressured and had the entire store to ourselves which felt extra special. Beautiful selection of rings and top notch customer service.
we went to hitched for our wedding bands and truly had such a great experience. it was easy to make an appointment and sydney was really helpful and gave us information with zero pressure. the prices were transparent and significantly better than anywhere else we shopped around. will be recommending everyone to come here!
We choose Hitched because of its convenient location, hours of availability, and their craftsmanship of custom rings. We also love to support a local business, and really enjoyed the custom experience that we may have not received at a bigger named jeweler. Kristen was amazing from the jump! She provided just enough feedback to help make the process go smoothly and was always available to respond in a timely manor. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding band to stop in at Hicthed!
Nothing but good things to say about my experience at Hitched! Went with my fiance look at wedding bands and got a warm welcome with refreshments offered right away. Sydney was great to work with. She made it a very low pressure appointment by giving us time to try on bands and discuss them privately, while checking in just enough to give us help when needed. Would definitely recommend!
