St. Luke's Church is a monolithic Goth-style church that was built in the year 1632 and is one of the oldest surviving churches in the country. Today the church operates as a museum with an interesting collection of ancient period furniture, 17th-century artifacts, as well as the nations oldest organ. The church cemetery also makes for interesting viewing. Hourly tours take you back in time as you enjoy the exquisite intricacies of beautiful colonial architecture and the unique relics on display.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Historic St. Luke's Church and Leslie did a wonderful job telling us about the church and answering all our questions.
What an amazing and beautifully well preserved piece of history!!!! Well worth the visit!!!! Gloria was an amazing tour guide! She was so knowledgeable and I learned so many new bits of history on her tour!!!!! Also really enjoyed the gift shop and all the neat items for purchase. As well as chatting with the sweet young lady (I am so sorry I have forgotten her name.) from the office. Everyone who works here obviously loves their jobs!! Can't wait to come back on our next visit.
Had a wonderful tour by Gloria of beautiful St. Luke’s Church. Would highly recommend anyone to visit!
Beautiful church and cemetery. Very informative and interesting. Maggie gave us a great tour. Thank you : )
I had the opportunity to take a guided tour on a lovely day last month, and if you are local I strongly encourage you to do the same. Collin is an incredibly thorough and informative guide, so if you get the chance to tour with him, do! We’re very fortunate to live in such a place so rich in history, and this place is no exception. Drop in, take a tour, help preserve one of the oldest churches in the United States. You’ll be glad you did
Great tour rich with history and our country's evolution with religious freedom. John was great!
