The folks we dealt with were very unprofessional and unreasonable. I would not recommend. We did not purchase the non refundable $600 rental insurance and did in fact encounter a hurricane and state of emergency that caused us to mis our trip. HKWVR acted liked we could still get to the rental and use it but in fact had no way of getting there due to all cancelled flights and a state of emergency.
