Terrible condition. THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEE'S I've encountered at ANY property!!! Will never return!! I reccommend any other hotel in Key West!
Not sure why all the negative reviews. My wife and I stayed last Summer for 3 days and we thought everything was tip top. Great service. Very clean and updated rooms. Great service. The location can't be beat also. I guess if you don't like your room, ask to switch but our suite was great. We met some nice people in the pool and they also thought their rooms were great. Don't believe the haters, this is a great place!
Jardins luxuriants, piscine agréable, lieu très exotique et bien entretenu. Le bar est sympa, c est là qu est pris le petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal pour visiter key west en famille.
The bathroom was worn out and the whole room stank of mold. No amount of deodorizer makes that amount of stink tolerable. Don't drive to the hotel, as there is no parking. Plan to park down the road at the parking deck. Never staying here again.
