My roommate and I are moved in at 245 Newark in Aug of 2019 when they did the grand opening. YTD, we both had several emergencies that were not responded to OR very delayed by the management team. Twice our apt fire alarm went off due to low batteries at 1AM bc we have very high ceilings we could not reach to turn it off. Emergency team came in between 3-4am. 2 hours late during a work day.
